The Perry City Council will meet on Monday evening seeking approval on a multitude of items.
The meeting will start with a public hearing to dispose of city owned property and then the Council will consider approving the sale to 369SKY for $500, following the hearing. They will also consider for approval the 31st pay application for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project, as well as three pay applications for three different phases of the airport runway relocation project.
Additionally, the Council will also consider approving a resolution to amend and restate the promise to purchase wetland credits, a resolution for a work order to replace the AWOS system at the airport, and three resolutions for the plans, specifications, form of contracts, and set public hearings for the Frog Creek Restoration project, Iowa Street Stormwater Wetland, and the 2024 Street Repairs projects. They will also consider approving a resolution authorizing signatures for the Community Development Block Grant Upper Story Housing Grant contract and appointing council members to various boards and commissions.
