TEEN Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have slashed the price of their Michigan home down to $449,900 after being on the market for five months.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home was originally listed for $454,900.
The house is currently listed for sale with no pending offers, according to real estate websites.
Catelynn and Tyler purchased the abode in May 2017 for $220,000, according to property records.
The historic house was built in 1869 by Great Lakes Sea Captain George W. Smith, the Realtor real estate listing claims.
According to the listing, the home has modern updates while preserving the historical integrity of the property.
The kitchen boasts hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, an island and stainless steel appliances.
The living room features the original fireplace.

There is also a four-season sunroom.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the primary bathroom has a custom shower and soaking tub,
The house sits on 15 acres of land and features an above-ground pool, chicken coop, storage shed, shed with stalls and more.
The trouble selling the house comes after the stars suffered through years of apparent financial trouble.
Catelynn and Tyler were hit with a federal tax lien back on December 16, 2019 for $321,789.06 for the 2018 year.
The lien was paid off in early 2023.
Catelynn and Tyler were also hit with a federal tax lien for $535,010.97 for 2016 and 2017, which was paid off in 2021.
Catelynn has been slammed for begging fans for cash on TikTok.
Last year, a fan observed Catelynn going live and telling fans she would follow the “top gifter” back.
In 2022, she asked fans to donate to her daughter Nova’s cheerleading squad and was met with backlash by fans because of her MTV salary.
Catelynn and Tyler then turned to OnlyFans for money in July 2023, as she managed her husband’s account.
Tyler charged $30 a month to view his X-rated content.
But it appears that OnlyFans wasn’t profitable, as they are currently offering 10 percent off on a subscription.

The stunning 4,296-square-foot home is custom-built and features wood floors, high ceilings, and crystal chandeliers.
The main floor boasts a bedroom, office, laundry room with counter space, full bathroom, dining room, sitting room and a fireplace.
The kitchen has granite countertops, an island with bar seating, a pantry and a breakfast nook.
As for the second floor, the master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower.
There are also two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The basement has a large family room and a second kitchen.
The home sits on six acres of land and features a barn, cabin and pond.
Tyler’s name is the only one listed on the deed.
Catelynn said on TikTok live: “Yes we are moving. I need some more usable space. The new house has a fully finished basement, which will be great as the kids get older.”
