A major commercial real estate firm has become the tenth office occupier to sign up at 103 Colmore Row in a deal which will involve the relocation of 125 people.
Colliers has agreed a ten-year lease on 9,200 sq ft on the 19th floor of the building.
The company provides commercial real estate agency and advisory services to businesses across the UK and has 13 offices across Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.
The 125-strong Birmingham office has 15 service lines operating across the Midlands and will relocate from 11 Brindleyplace in November.

“Our office agency team is joint agent for 103 Colmore Row, so we are very familiar with the building and knew that we had to act quickly if we wanted to secure our own spot. As well as great panoramic views of the city and beyond, the move means we have easier access to our clients and excellent connectivity to London and Manchester.”
Joint developers Tristan Capital Partners and Sterling Property Ventures have provided 223,631 sq ft of grade A office space in the 26-storey building.
A double height restaurant on the 24th floor and a ground floor bar and café, operated by D&D London, open in October. A members’ business club on the 18th floor and three floors of flexible office space will be managed by x+why and also open in October.
