Cedar City— NAI Excel opened a local office in Cedar City, UT. NAI Excel is a commercial real estate brokerage and an independently owned firm in the NAI Global network of over 300 offices worldwide.
Twenty years ago, NAI Excel opened in St George, UT as the first commercial real estate brokerage to exclusively practice commercial real estate in Southern Utah. Since that time, it expanded its offices to the Wasatch Front, Las Vegas, and now Cedar City, UT. The new office is located at 427 S Main Street Ste 204, Cedar City, UT 84770.
“NAI Excel agents have been assisting clients buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate in Cedar City for many years,” says Jon Walter, Partner, and Principal Broker at NAI Excel. We are confident in the long-term growth here and this local office will increase our ability to assist the community in bringing more businesses and development to Cedar City.”
With the opening, Twila Davis and Raelyn Loomis joined the Cedar City office. Twila Davis, branch broker, has been practicing commercial real estate in Cedar City for more than two decades. As an expert in commercial real estate, Twila had been seeking an exclusive commercial real estate company to affiliate with.
“Having this national brokerage commit to a physical presence in Cedar City is a signal of confidence in the future of the real estate market here,” says Twila Davis. “We are excited to have the strength of the NAI Global network to support our local efforts.”
As specialists in commercial real estate transactions, NAI Excel brings a host of resources to its clients that aren’t available through other brokerages. NAI Excel agents are supported by ARTI Studio, their in-house team of graphic designers, photographers, and marketing analysts where drone, 3D, and professional ground imagery combine with GIS mapping and demographics for enhanced marketing.
NAI Excel’s proprietary tech platform, ARTI Transact, is a marketing and transaction management tool, building a marketing website for each property listing, and giving clients an insider look into the marketing for each property. One unique feature in ARTI Transact allows customers to instantly submit an offer on a property through its “Make Offer” platform.
For nearly ten years, NAI Excel has published commercial real estate research for Cedar City, distributed to over 100,000 recipients including nearly 20,000 in print. NAI Excel is the only company to produce such a report for the Cedar City market, making it a valuable resource for measuring the growth and health of the industrial, office, and retail sectors.
Jason Griffith, one of many NAI Excel agents doing business in Cedar City says “Twila and I have jointly represented clients in the sale and lease of dozens of properties. We are now able to deliver a more seamless and enhanced experience for our clients.”
NAI Excel and Curren Christensen recently represented the property owner in bringing Quick Quack and Chipotle to Providence Center. “More of these types of users have Cedar City on their radar”, says Christensen, “we want to be physically present to help them every way we can.”
In addition to representing clients in the sale and lease of commercial property, NAI Excel manages commercial real estate assets for its clients, which currently includes approximately 500 tenants from Salt Lake to Las Vegas.
“Our property management presence continues to grow in Cedar City and this physical office will further assist us in caring for our clients here,” according to Adam Corley, Director of Asset Management.
NAI Excel is presently interviewing additional candidates to join the Cedar City office. An open house is being scheduled for June with more details to come.
