An eerie overgrown house that even has vines growing into the bathroom has hit the market for £750,000 with planning permission to demolish it and build two new properties.
The three bedroom home called Overdale in Chepstow, Monmouthshire, South Wales, was owned by the same family for a long time after it was built in 1934, before standing empty for more than 20 years when the son moved away.
About one and a half years ago the property went up for sale and was bought by new owners, according to Estate agents Hills Property Consultants.
At the time of that sale, a vintage MG sports car was hidden in the stand-alone garage.
The house has become very overgrown, with vines seen crawling all over the outside of the property and even through the windows of a bathroom, leading to its eerie character.
Now, the property has hit the market for £750,000 but as a plot of land with planning permission to flatten the home to transform it into two new houses.

The planning application was approved by Monmouthshire County Council last month.
