Zoopla has scheduled its latest quarterly market update for agents.
Taking place on Wednesday 14 June, it will address how agents can keep their business succeeding for the rest of the year and cover topics such as the most appropriate sales market strategy and industry regulation.
It will be hosted by Zoopla’s executive director of research Richard Donnell and Nikki Cole, director of national sales.
Both will also be sharing their top tips and best practice for agents to succeed for the remainder of the year.
Following feedback from agents who attended the last market update, there will also be an extended 15-minute Q&A at the end of the webinar.
Cole said: “The housing market is defying the gloomier predictions we saw earlier this year with a surge of sellers entering the market as market confidence improves.
“The discussions I’m having with agents at the moment are largely focused around the wider industry with topics like mortgage rates and regulation front of mind for many. We’ll be discussing this and much more next week.”
