After the launch earlier this year of sales network ‘The Property Experts’, there is now going to be ‘The Letting Experts’ from industry figure Sean Newman.

Newman changed his brand from ‘Newman Property Experts’ to ‘The Property Experts’ in January with plans to build a network of over 2,500 self-employed estate agents within five years. Each agent is set to earn 70% to 80% of the fees banked, which top earners recently enjoying a Dubai beanie for their effots.
Now Newman is launching a similar model for letting agents which provides them with tools, support and training to set up and run a lettings business, with a target of 1,000 agents.
This model offers a unique opportunity to earn up to 100% of the management fees.
The official launch is 1 June, and 12 agents have already signed up in the first month.
Overwhelmed

“It’s a very attractive model with agents earning 70% of the letting fees and up to 100% of the management fees. Unlike a typical franchise, there are no upfront costs, and the license fee starts at just £150+vat per month.”
