However, pictures of the interior reveal the property is actually uninhabitable, with a rusting bathtub propped up against the bathroom wall.
Savills Estate Agents listed the property and described it as: “A two bedroom first floor maisonette in need of modernisation, well located for the shopping and recreational amenities of the centre of Romford and Ilford.”
The ‘living-room’ leaves much to be desired with outdated and peeling wallpaper, as well as moulding blue carpeted floor.
If house-hunters are searching for a renovation project they will be thrilled by the bare bones of a kitchen.
A sink appears to be the only appliance amid dirty, and damaged off-white cupboards.
At the front of the property a single pink rose momentarily distracts from the overgrown bushes and grass.
Savills Estate Agents’ listing highlighted the maisonette had its “own entrance” and “own section of rear garden.”
The location of the property is also “convenient for the amenities of Romford and Ilford.”
