Kaye Adams, 59, is taking part in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, joining other celebrities on the dance floor like Kym Marsh and Will Mellor. A well-known face on television, the presenter said: “I said I wanted to make the last year of my 50s memorable and I can’t think of a better way of doing it than showing the world my two left feet, pray for me.”
The presenter, who has also appeared on programmes like The Wright Stuff and This Morning, resides in Scotland with her long-term partner Ian Campbell.
Although not married, they have been together for 26 years after meeting through tennis and they have two daughters together.
Kaye lives in Glasgow, famed for its Victorian and art nouveau architecture. It is the most populous city in Scotland and the fourth-most populous city in the United Kingdom.
In 2020, it had an estimated population of 635,640 and is also the 27th largest city by population in Europe.

With its outstanding architecture and amazing museums, the city attracts visitors all year round.
According to Rightmove, properties in Glasgow had an overall average price of £211,051 over the last year.
Overall, sold prices in the city were up six percent on the previous year and 21 percent down on the 2006 peak of £266,910.
At the time of writing, there are currently nearly 2,000 homes for sale in the city on Rightmove, with the most expensive on the market for £2,500,000.

With lots of activities and things to do, it is no wonder the city attracts visitors from all over the country.
Scotland is home to several universities, including St Andrews which is fourth in the University League Tables, and Edinburgh university which is 12th.
Glasgow’s university still scores highly, coming 23rd in the country.

In 2017, co-star Ruth Langsford also took part in Strictly Come Dancing with professional dance partner Anton Du Beke.
Ruth and Eamonn reside in Weybridge, a town in the Borough of Elmbridge in Surrey.
It is situated around 17 miles southwest of central London, perfect for commuters, and offers a great mix of town living and beautiful countryside.
Properties in Weybridge had an overall price of £1,006,694 over the last year, according to Rightmove.
The majority of sales in Weybridge during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £413,326.
