Fox News host and conservative radio personality Sean Hannity grabbed national headlines in early 2024 when he became a proverbial Florida Man by officially declaring Palm Beach to be his principal residence over his native New York.
Then in September 2025, he made more news when he won permission from Palm Beach officials to merge two pool patios behind a pair of side-by-side beachfront townhouses he had bought in separate transactions for a combined $20.5 million. He had already made plans to combine the the two townhomes into a single residence, Palm Beach County courthouse records show.
Here’s a look at the townhouses, the remodeling project — and a little more about Hannity and why he has said Florida is the perfect home for him and his broadcast operations.
When did Sean Hannity buy the two townhouses in Palm Beach?
Hannity paid a recorded $5.6 million in April 2021 for his first Palm Beach townhouse, a three-bedroom residence at 9 Sloan’s Curve Drive on the South End of town. In January 2025, Hannity bought the two-bedroom townhouse immediately to the south at 10 Sloans Curve for $14.9 million, according to Palm Beach County courthouse records. The townhouses combined cost $20.5 million and directly face the Atlantic Ocean.

Hannity’s bought the townhouses in the Residences of Sloan’s Curve, a gated enclave built in the early 1980s with 15 townhomes and seven houses on the town’s South End. The enclave is part of the larger Sloan’s Curve development with four midrise-condominium buildings at 2000 and 2100 S. Ocean Blvd. Hannity’s neighborhood is immediately south of casino-and-resort magnate Steve Wynn’s oceanfront estate.

What does Sean Hannity’s Palm Beach townhouse renovation involve?
In July 2025, First Florida Construction in Stuart filed a notice with Palm Beach County officials that signaled the start of an interior renovation of his townhouses, which have been combined under a “unity of title” procedure.
Then at its Sept. 25 meeting, the Architectural Commission unanimously — and with no discussion — approved the plans for project to merge the outdoor patios, eliminate one of the swimming pools, move a wall and relocate the pool and generator equipment. The commission is generally tasked with approving the look of all new architecture and exterior remodeling or addition projects in town.
Hannity has already won the commission’s permission to expand each of his townhouses with a guest-bedroom addition.

Why did Sean Hannity choose to make Florida his primary home?
In early January 2024, Hannity announced on his iHeart Radio program, The Sean Hannity Show, that he was broadcasting from “the free state of Florida, my new home.”
He said he was drawn to Florida, in part, by its conservative political climate as compared to New York, the longtime home of his radio program. Hannity’s decision to choose Florida over New York reflects a national treds, he has said. The policies of the Sunshine State under Gov. Ron DeSantis’ conservative political leadership, he has said, are more in line with his values than those of liberal-leaning “blue” states such as New York.
Does Sean Hannity own other property in or near Palm Beach?
Hannity is a prolific real estate investor, according to published reports. In November 2024, he reportedly used an ownership company to buy — for a recorded $23.5 million — an ocean-to-lake estate at 1840 S. Ocean Blvd. in Manalapan, the wealthy town south of Palm Beach. That estate has been marketed as a rental property.
