Billionaire developer Stephen Ross could be adding to his collection of West Palm Beach properties with the purchase of at least two more buildings, one on the east side and the other on the west side of downtown.
Real estate sources say Ross’ firm, Related Ross, is close to completing a deal to buy The Ben Hotel at 251 N. Narcissus Ave. The 208-room hotel, which features a rooftop bar and event space, is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection luxury brand.
