A hot-blooded legal battle between developers for West Palm Beach waterfront property has been settled out of court in an agreement that facilitates the termination of Harbor Towers & Marina condominium.
Fort Lauderdale-based Fort Partners and Related Ross, West Palm Beach’s dominant builder, both sought control over the 40-year-old condominium at 3901 S. Flagler Drive, which sits across the Intracoastal Waterway from President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
