Driver treated for shock after truck ploughs through fences and cars before smashing into bungalow in Brierley Hill

The highways maintenance truck was parked up in Mousehall Farm Road., Brierley Hill before suddenly rolling down the steep road and towards homes.
The truck, believed to be full of tarmac, smashed straight through several garden fences and hit three vehicles but did not stop until it crashed into the front of a bungalow, with the driver seen jumping from the cab moments before the final impact.
Two hatchback cars and a white van were hit as well as trees and two dividing fences which were destroyed but luckily nobody was hurt in the incident at around 2pm today, West Midlands Police officers at the scene said.
The bungalow and the one adjoining it are understood to have been unoccupied.
