Micah Parsons detailed his brief conversation with Aaron Rodgers during the Green Bay Packers’ 35-25 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
“He was great to play,” Parsons said after the game, via ESPN’s Rob Demovsky. “And he told me to buy his house.”
Rodgers, who spent the first 18 years of his legendary career on the Packers, previously offered his Green Bay home to Jordan Love in 2024.
While Parsons wasn’t planning to take the four-time MVP up on his latest offer, he revealed that Packers tight end Tucker Kraft is a potential buyer.
“Tuck said he might try and look at it,” Parsons said, per Demovsky. “… It’s a nice house, but it’s just me right now. That’s why I’m not in an urge to buy anything.”
The four-time Pro Bowl pass-rusher has already established himself as a key piece of Green Bay’s defensive front, recording 14 quarterback hits and 6.5 sacks in his first seven appearances of the year. This included a sack on Rodgers in Sunday’s victory.
The veteran quarterback put together an admirable performance despite the loss, finishing 24-of-36 for 219 yards and two touchdowns without committing a turnover.
Parsons will have plenty of time to settle in and find a new home in Green Bay, as the Packers handed him a four-year contract worth $188 million after acquiring him from the Dallas Cowboys in a blockbuster trade on Aug. 28.
