

LUDLOW — Residents of a Ludlow mobile home community will get a second chance Monday to fight a proposal for a nearly $300 rent increase.
For nearly two years, Deborah Boulanger, Amanda Sturtevant and Ethan Field — tenants of the West Street Village Mobile Home Community — have staunchly opposed the 143% rent increase on the lots their homes sit on, which were proposed by their out-of-town landlord, Tom Lennon.
