The Seminole Real Estate Fund, a multifamily investment fund run by Florida’s Seminole Tribe, purchased the retail and apartment complex at 1650 N. Raleigh St. in Denver for $125.6 million from Hines, which built the Sloan’s Lake development in 2020.

BW Property Holdings LLC purchased 551 S. Fairfax St., a 13-unit apartment building in Glendale, for $2.45 million from VareCo 551 S Fairfax LLC. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman brokered the deal.

Highland Properties 1925 LLC purchased 7335 E. Orchard Road, a 17,536-square-foot office building in Greenwood Village, for $2.2 million from the Colorado Hospital Association. Alex Scott and Travis Wanger represented the seller. Rick Stucy of Stucy Commercial represented the buyer.
