The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 139 home sales during the week of Oct. 26 to Nov. 1.
The most expensive home on the list is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom two-story cottage at the edge of Skaneateles Lake. See photos of the home, which sold for $1,900,000.
The second-most expensive home, coming in at a close second with a sale price of $1,850,000 is a home, also in Skaneateles but not on the lake. This home is about twice the size of the lakeside cottage.
