Below, we provide an overview of the top 10 properties in each area, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.
Please note that the properties in the list below are for real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 3, even if the property may have been sold earlier.

1. $400K
Situated at 56 Hamilton Ave., this single-family residence, was sold in September for a price of $400,000, translating to $218 per square foot. The property, constructed in 1940, offers a living area of 1,832 square feet and sits on a 5,000-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Sept. 30.

2. $400K
In September, a condominium at 136 41st Street UNIT103, changed ownership. The property, covering 812 square feet, was built in 2006 and was sold for $400,000, which calculates to $493 per square foot. The deal was finalized on Sept. 19.

3. $396K
Priced at $396,000 (equivalent to $447 per square foot), this condominium, constructed in 2005 and situated at 75 E. 23rd Street #103, was sold in October. The home spans 885 square feet of living area. The deal was finalized on Oct. 9.
4. $395K
For a price tag of $395,000 ($289 per square foot), the condominium, built in 1980 and at 1608 Harmon Cove Tower changed hands in September. The home spans 1,367 square feet of living area. The deal was finalized on Sept. 29.

5. $390K
At $390,000 ($305 per square foot), the single-family house at 304 Davis Ave. offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in October. This property, built in 1920, provides 1,280 square feet of living space, and sits on a 2,500-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.

This condominium, featuring three bedrooms and one bath, underwent a change of ownership in October. At 6045 Kennedy Blvd. E BSMT1E, the home spans 993 square feet and was sold for $380,000, or $383 per square foot. The deal was finalized on Oct. 15.

For a price tag of $375,000, the single-family home, built in 1913 and at 1404 Summit Ave. changed hands in October. The home spans 4,181 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 2,825-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Oct. 15.

This condominium, underwent a change of ownership in September. At 277 Varick Street #2, the home spans 500 square feet and was sold for $375,000, or $750 per square foot. The property was built in 1900. The deal was finalized on Sept. 18.

9. $370K, 1-bedroom home
At $370,000 ($389 per square foot), the condominium at 301 68th Street #8 offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in October. This property, built in 2006, provides 950 square feet of living space, featuring one bedroom and zero bath. The deal was finalized on Oct. 6.

10. $370K, 1-bedroom home
Priced at $370,000 (equivalent to $474 per square foot), this condominium, constructed in 1966 and situated at 201 Saint Pauls Ave. #606, was sold in September. The home spans 780 square feet of living area, with one bedroom and zero bathroom. The deal was finalized on Sept. 23.
