Canva launches MLS-integrated real estate marketing tools

“Our goal is to empower everyone in the real estate ecosystem to be successful, no matter the size,” Giglio wrote in an email.

Brokerages that wish to use Canva Listings can sign up for Canva’s Enterprise program, which will enable them to use enterprise level controls like brand governance, approval workflows and multi-team management.

In addition to Canva Listings, the platform is also launching a partnership with Xpressdocs, through which real estate professionals can  order print products, including flyers, postcards and brochures directly from Canva.

“The world is moving online, but real estate is still very tangible. Buyers walk through homes, see signs in yards and notice postcards in their mailbox,” Giglio wrote. “What we heard from our real estate customers was that creating materials often felt disconnected from their digital work, and they wanted to be able to print faster. They’re constantly under tight timelines and want more convenience and speed. Canva’s integration with Xpressdocs gives brokerages access to industry-leading print solutions so they can create everything from social media posts to direct mail assets all in one place.”

Canva said it believes the time agents can regain by using these new products will enable them to dedicate more time to building strong client relationships and delivering overall better quality work.

Wendy Forsythe, the chief marketing officer at eXp Realty, which has been piloting Canva’s new real estate tools, shared a similar view.

“In real estate, your brand is your currency. Canva Enterprise empowers our nearly 83,000 agents to move fast while maintaining absolute brand consistency,” Forsythe wrote in an email. “Since our rollout in late 2024, eXp agents have published over a million designs globally — a testament to the platform’s ease of use. Canva’s continued focus on automation simplifies the day-to-day for our agents and truly changes the game, proving their deep commitment to elevating the real estate vertical.”

Looking ahead, Giglio said he and the Canva team are focused on “empowering both brokerages and their agents to scale their brands.”
