London-based developer Rockwell has launched a new end-to-end development consultancy, Rockwell Development Advisory, Property Week can reveal.

The consultancy will aim to provide solutions to projects of any scale across the UK and internationally.
It will provide specialist value engineering, cost control and design support, from initial concepts, feasibility analysis and budgeting to construction and logistics programming and managing the entire development cycle.
The service will be delivered by Rockwell’s senior team, which has decades of experience in land acquisition, planning, development management, construction and marketing, across a variety of sectors such as residential, offices, hotels, retail and infrastructure.

Rockwell was founded by Donal Mulryan, and led by joint managing directors Nicholas Mee and David Gaffney. It has pipeline of large-scale projects valued at over £1.7bn, with active developments in Battersea, Fulham and Canary Wharf.
