Owners at La Fontana condominium in West Palm Beach are close to selling their aging building after having it marketed professionally for just four months as a clamor for waterfront real estate reaches new heights.
Paul Moreno, president of the 64-year-old building’s association board, confirmed he signed a letter of intent that spells out details of a sales contract with a developer that he declined to name.
