Liverpool manager Arne Slot has offered encouraging news regarding midfielder Ryan Gravenberch’s recovery ahead of the Premier League meeting with Aston Villa. “I think Ryan has a good chance,” Slot said in his post-match press conference. “The other ones are going to be… let’s wait and see tomorrow and Friday. I don’t know about all of them but I think Ryan has the best chance from all of them.”

Gravenberch’s absence has been keenly felt in recent weeks. The 22-year-old twisted his ankle during the 2-1 loss at home to Manchester United on 19 October and has not played since.
