About a dozen buyers took a tour of the home in person and, after Labour Day, one of those returned with an offer. Their price, $44,000 below asking, was accepted, with a possession date in 60 days.

“It sold in only 25 days,” said agent Gary Cirillo. “That’s well ahead of the local average of 68 days, with many nearby properties still on the market.
“It showed better than other ones on the market,” Mr. Cirillo said.
