
Mr and Mrs Bowles have applied for planning permission to build a new three-bed bungalow to the rear of 16 Seafield Road South in Caister.
The applicants want to utilise the garden to the rear of the house as a building plot for a new home.

It is situated next to another bungalow and can have its own access.
Garage buildings which sit in the position of the proposed bungalow are not being used.
It would be located within the same building line as Croft House and designed to look similar in appearance.

Red bricks and render are proposed to be used on the walls, with pantiles to be used on the roof.
The site currently has room for four parking spaces and an additional parking space would be created as part of the plans.

A decision on the planning application is expected by April 6.
