Harford County industrial property sold for $6.4M

McClung-Logan Equipment Inc., a construction equipment distributor in the Mid-Atlantic, has acquired a property for $6.4 million, MacKenzie Commercial Services announced.

Located at 629 S. Philadelphia Blvd. in , the 17,000-square-foot is situated on three acres and was formerly owned by All Roads Company. 

MacKenzie executives Matthew Curran, Andrew Meeder and Daniel Hudak represented the seller while ‘s Matt Laraway and Ridgely Bowman represented the buyer in the transaction, according to a release. Headquartered in Baltimore, McClung-Logan operates 10 full-service locations throughout Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.

“The property was renovated in recent years and represented an excellent opportunity for the new owner to acquire a Class A industrial facility with outdoor storage in the Harford County market,” Curran said. 

“The property generated strong interest from a wide array of industrial users including equipment rental companies, which is how the new owner will utilize the property.”

Originally constructed in 1977, the Aberdeen warehouse has undergone renovation within the past two years and is equipped with nine drive-in loading doors, features a surface parking area and a fenced Industrial Outdoor Storage lot, according to MacKenzie. 

The property is located in close proximity to Route 40 and is less than four miles from Interstate 95.
