AnnieMac Home Mortgage increased its presence at 888 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge, expanding its office space from 3,096 square feet to 6,417 square feet with a new lease. Dan Oliver and Scott Berfas of Newmark represented AnnieMac, while Ray Ruiz, Marianne Dugan and John Nielsen of JLL represented the landlord, Signature Acquisitions, in the lease transaction.

 

910 Third Ave., New Hyde Park

Ambe RE1 LLC purchased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 910 Third Ave. in New Hyde Park for $1.733 million. Mark Timpone and Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the buyer, while the seller, 910 3rd Ave LLC, was self-represented in the sales transaction.

 

2260 Jerusalem Ave., Bellmore

Zwanger Pesiri leased a 12,200-square-foot building at 2260 Jerusalem Ave. in Bellmore. The property, which will become an imaging center, was formerly occupied by a Rite Aid store. Michael Murphy of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the tenant, while Derek Weinberger served as in-house representative for the landlord, MGD Investments, in the lease transaction.

 

3425 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ronkonkoma

Strain LLC leased a 6,000-square-foot commercial building on .79 acres at 3425 Veterans Memorial Highway in Ronkonkoma. The property was formerly occupied by a Flagstar Bank branch. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 3425 Realty Corp., in the lease transaction.

Gary Way Solutions LLC purchased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building on .47 acres at 119 Gary Way in Ronkonkoma for $1.62 million. Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the buyer, as well as the seller, 119 Gary Way LLC, in the sales transaction.

66 M Liberty Ave. LLC purchased a 5,376-square-foot industrial building on .17 acres at 169 Liberty Ave. in Mineola for $1.75 million. Hootan Moeirzadeh of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the buyer, while John O’Kane of O’Kane Realty represented the seller, Grand Properties LLC, in the sales transaction.

 

34-48 Lowell Ave., Islip Terrace

Papa John’s leased a 1,600-square-foot retail space at 34-48 Lowell Ave. in Islip Terrace. Michael Murphy and Mike Lightcap of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Islip CRE LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

281 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station

281 Capital Partners LLC, an affiliate of a Dunkin Donuts franchisee, purchased a 3,091-square-foot retail building on .62 acres at 281 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington Station for $2.2 million. The property is occupied by a Dunkin Donuts. Guy Canzoneri of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Services represented the buyer, while his Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Services colleague Frank Mannino represented the seller, Olaug S. Tobiassen Revocable Trust, in the sales transaction.
