
A 5,818-square-foot retail property in Fairfield’s ritzy Southport section has sold for $2.66 million, according to the town’s property records.
The buyer of the one-story structure, at 325-329 Pequot Ave., is Southport Village Properties LLC, which is controlled by Kerri Miller and Adam Gray, both of Southport. An email to Miller was not immediately returned.
The seller is Wishbone Properties LLC, which is controlled by Gregory Alan and Lori Peck, both of Fairfield. They bought the building in 2001 for $975,000.
The building, which was constructed in 1929 and has a 2,909-square-foot retail area, was appraised at $1.5 million and assessed at $1.05 million in 2023.
The building was once home to the Driftwood Sandwich Shop, which has closed, according to Yelp.
