Robertson St. Ventures LLC, a local real estate investment group led by Richard Juge of REMAX Commercial Brokers, has purchased the Elmwood Oaks Office Park at 201 Evans Road. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The 6.6-acre campus-style office complex features four single-story professional buildings set among centuries-old live oak trees, offering ample parking and convenient access to major corridors connecting Uptown and Downtown New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, and the Westbank.
Robertson St. Ventures plans to invest more than $1 million in renovations aimed at modernizing the property and returning vacant office space to the market. The improvements will include new flooring, ceilings, paint, lighting, and energy-efficiency upgrades, along with upgraded landscaping and modernized tenant amenities such as renovated kitchens and restrooms. Vacant suites ranging from 972 to 1,247 square feet are already available for lease at roughly $20 per square foot.
