Deals of note:

BMF V CO Silver Reef LLC purchased the Silver Reef apartment community at 12405 and 12205 W. 2nd Place in Lakewood for $100 million from Lakewood Multifamily III DST. 

Buckeye 5th Street LLC, Harrison Properties LLC, LI3 Co Investment LLC and Rocky Mountain Industrial LLC purchased 11500 and 11101 E. 53rd Ave. and 11100 E. 55th Ave. in Denver for $39.28 million from Icon IPC Property Owner Pool 6 Colorado LLC.

Kurtz Fargo, a Boulder-based accounting and advisory firm, is expanding into 12,192 square feet at 1125 17th St., marking its largest office to date and third Colorado location after Boulder and Durango. 

Hearth Bakery leased 1,375 square feet at 5610 and 5620 S. Curtice St. in Littleton. Amanda Weaver represented the tenant. Local developer Brett Murphy purchased the space from the previous user, Gracefull Cafe, over the summer for $735,000.   

Malman Real Estate reports the following deal:

3220 East 52nd LLC purchased a 25,000-square-foot warehouse at 3220 E. 52nd Ave. in Denver for $2.6 million from 1981 Inc LLC. Jake Malman represented the buyer.

Alternative Auto Solutions LLC leased 10,252 square feet at 3900 E. 48th Ave. in Denver. Taylor Roy represented the landlord. 

Digby Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Linkan Engineering Ltd purchased a 9,624-square-foot office and industrial building on 1-acre at 5920 McIntyre St. in Golden for $1.5 million from Mcintyre Holdings LLC. Wade Wilson and Tanner Digby represented the seller. Tanner Mason and Sam Alby of Benchmark Commercial represented the buyer. 

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Garnell Properties LLC purchased a 1,423-square-foot retail/office building at 1246 Delaware St. in Denver for $810,000 from Jaclyn Wenaas. Zachary Bierman represented the buyer. 

Replay Sports Cards reports the following deal:

Replay Sports Cards, a trading card shop, leased 600 square feet at Stanley Marketplace, 2501 Dallas St. in Aurora for its first Colorado location. It will open in December. 

Deals from deeds:

ACP IOS Partners LLC and 8th Floor Aspen LLC purchased 2690 and 2727 W. Union Ave., 2800 W. Chenango Ave. and 4800 S. Decatur St. in Englewood for $21.4 million from Global Storage Colorado LLC. 

NEM Investments 13301 LLC purchased 120 Capital Drive in Golden for $5 million from Tewes Properties LLC. 

PVM104 LLC purchased 12253 and 12303 E. 104th Place in Commerce City for $3.8 million from The Phoenix Limited Partnership. 

SM Real Estate Holdings LLC purchased 3727 E. 1st Ave. in Denver for $2.5 million from Tequila Sunrise Denver LLC. 

Golden Hills LLC and South Golden Trust purchased 17507 and 17509 S. Golden Road in Golden for $2.36 million from J&L Holding Co. 

1585 Dudley LLC purchased 1585 Dudley St. in Lakewood for $1.92 million from Dudley Apartments LLC. 

Nottingham Skyview LLC purchased 8057 S. Potomac St., right next to the Centennial Airport, for $1.65 million from Pella Windows & Doors Colorado Inc.

New Point Properties LLC purchased 5785 Ward Road in Arvada for $1.09 million from Rock Holdings LLC.
