Growth Ethos was launched by entrepreneur Joel Dalton to support founder-led companies in scaling up and creating businesses that can operate without their direct involvement.
Mr Dalton, who built and exited his own business after 15 years, said: “I love everything about helping businesses succeed – the problem-solving, the scaling, and the challenges it brings.

The consultancy focuses on businesses with annual revenues between £500,000 and £5m and offers one-off strategy sessions, focused three-month growth programmes, and long-term non-executive advisory roles.
Its aim is to help founders reduce their workload and build companies with real market value, whether their goal is further growth or a successful exit.
Growth Ethos is now looking to partner with founders and leadership teams who are ready to take their businesses to the next level.
