Prezent AI Acquires Prezentium to Disrupt $20B Agency and Consultancy Market With All-In-One AI Platform
LOS ALTOS, Calif., Oct. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Prezent AI, the leading enterprise business presentation AI platform for Life Sciences and Technology enterprises, today announced an additional $30M of funding and the acquisition of Prezentium – the largest business presentation services company in Life Sciences – in a cash plus equity deal.
They also outlined a bold AI-enabled roll-up strategy to build the all-in-one Human + AI business communication platform that challenges the traditional agency-consulting model.
