Beck Erholtz Joins Goldmark Commercial Real Estate as Junior Commercial Agent – InForum

Goldmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce that Beck Erholtz has joined the firm as a Junior Commercial Agent. In his new role, Beck will focus on assisting Clients with the purchase, sale, and leasing of land, office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties throughout the region.
Beck originally joined Goldmark Commercial as an intern in the spring of 2024. Since then, he distinguished himself through his strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism. During his internship, Beck gained hands-on experience in market analysis, property valuation, and Client service, giving him a deep understanding of the complexities of commercial real estate and the dynamics of the local market.
A native of Staples, Minnesota, Beck recently completed his MBA at North Dakota State University, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in finance. While at NDSU, Beck competed as a four-year member of the Division I Men’s Golf Team. His background as a student-athlete fostered a disciplined mindset, competitive drive, and a collaborative, team-first approach—qualities that will benefit the Clients and colleagues he serves.
Andy Westby, President of Goldmark Commercial, shared: “Beck’s character, work ethic, and attention to detail are huge assets of his. He’s already shown great potential and we’re confident he’ll make an immediate and lasting impact for our Clients and our team.”
