According to the National Association of Realtors, roughly 6% of U.S. home sales are listed as for-sale-by-owner (FSBO), and about one in five of those eventually transitions to a full-service agent, the companies said.
Through the partnership, ByOwner will refer sellers and buyers seeking additional support to Fathom’s nationwide agent network.
Fathom agents gain access to clients, while Fathom Realty receives a higher percentage split for each successful conversion.
