In compiling our list of the top 231 real estate heavy-hitters, we reached out to the state’s largest agencies to uncover their star performers and have ranked them by total value of sales for the 2024-25 financial year.
From area of expertise to average time on market, to years in the industry – this list has everything you need to know to find the right agent for you.
Starting Friday, October 17, we’ll release the best real estate agents from number 231 to 132.
On Saturday, October 18, we’ll release the best performers from 131 down to 32 and on Sunday, October 19, the final top 31 real estate agents will be unveiled right here.

The information included was supplied by the agents, and the list only features those who disclosed their settled sales, meaning some of the industry’s star agencies – like Williams Real Estate’s John & Stephanie Williams and Marina Ormsby, Alexander Real Estate’s Steve Alexander, Belle’s John McRostie and Booth’s Jamie Brown, to name but a few – don’t appear.
