Amy Schumer’s New Orleans mansion is for sale in 2025 | News

Amy Schumer had put together a dream home in New Orleans, a city she had been in love with since she was 16, calling the French Quarter house the “Jewel Box.”

The cottage is now for sale for $1,250,000, according to listing agents Michael and Kat Wilkinson of French Quarter Realty.

The comedian and actress purchased the home on the 800 block of Barracks Street with her husband in 2021, joining a list of celebrities with French Quarter homes such as Lenny KravitzNicolas Cage and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

Far from her raunchy stand-up persona, Schumer told Homeworthy, a home and design website that takes viewers inside notable houses, she filled her cottage with brightly colored and vibrant designs and furniture. She lived in the home with her husband and 5-year-old son.

“I actually like being around beauty … and really drunk people,” Schumer told Homeworthy.

Inside the quirky home are entryway walls hand-painted with flamingos and inspired by the birds at Audubon Zoo, a mostly-pink formal living room that’s mostly pink, porches and a pool.
