Emmerdale and Fletchers’ Family Farm star’s beautiful cottage available to book for winter stays

The 120-acre farm from the ITV show is home to a beautifully refurbished cottage, which has been made available for holidaymakers to book
Television shows documenting the daily routines of farming families appear to be experiencing remarkable success at present, including Clarkson’s Farm and Fletchers’ Family Farm. Whilst Jeremy Clarkson hasn’t yet begun offering lodging on his land, Fletchers’ Farm favourite Liz has opened their stunning renovated cottage to fans of the show looking for staycation getaways.
The dwelling in question is Stag Cottage, which featured during the second series of Fletchers’ Farm. Situated on the 120-acre farm, former Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher previously said that the response to the cottage has “gone above and beyond our expectations”.

This initiative represents part of their strategy to “diversify to generate extra income”, Kelvin noted, according to Manchester Evening News.
He went on to reveal the cottage has emerged as one of the farm’s most profitable income streams, which his wife Liz painstakingly renovated by herself.
Liz later shared with viewers: “Since we put the cottage up for rent as a holiday let, it has just gone crazy. We put it online for about two days, and the year literally sold out…It’s just gone above and beyond our expectations.”
Kelvin subsequently described the cottage as his wife’s “baby” and quipped that when he cannot find her around the farm he knows exactly where she’ll be: “spending her time on her new obsession”.
The overnight accommodation can be reserved through Sykes Holiday Cottages where it’s already been accumulating five star reviews. One reviewer wrote: “The cottage had everything we needed and we received fast and helpful advice and support from Liz. I’d recommend Stag Cottage as an idyllic, quiet and cosy home for anyone’s restful holiday. Nearby we found nice villages, pubs and amazing walks. Many thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your lovely home.”
Another added: “It feels so homely as soon as you step inside. Very cosy and welcoming, beautifully decorated. A real gem! Very comfortable beds. We love how quiet it is. Kelvin and Liz were lovely and friendly. We would love to stay again!”
