Bollywood actor Salman Khan too has invested in one such property and fans of the star are well aware of it as he often posted from there through the Covid lockdown on Instagram. The property is a magnificent one and named after his most beloved sibling – younger sister Arpita.
A glimpse in to the rustic magnificence of Arpita farms
A gigantic 150-acre property, Arpita farms located in Panvel, features not only Salman Khan’s rustic farmhouse but also a lavish swimming pool, lush greenery and a fully equipped gym. According to Magic Bricks, the property is worth a whopping Rs 80 crores which is understandable given the size of it.
The farmhouse is fully equipped with all modern-day amenities – taking into account Salman Khan’s love for physical fitness, there is a dedicated area for the gym which is state-of-the-art and contains all necessary equipment. The property also rears horses for riding and they are taken care of by the star with well-maintained stables. During the pandemic, fans were also given a glimpse into the actor’s proverbial green thumb which he utilized to show off his love for farming. The farmhouse itself has a grounded, earthy charm with large windows, spacious layout and wooden flooring.
Apart from this, the swimming pool is also one worth mentioning with its tasteful and luxurious design. Lounge chairs, palm trees and a large statue of Buddha make the pool look like something out of a resort. Clearly, the whole property was designed with the peace of its occupants in mind and as a serene hideaway from the main city.

Arpita farms is a property that is clearly dear to Salman Khan considering he named it after Arpita Khan, his youngest sister whom he loves dearly. Despite being notorious for his strictness with privacy, the star allowed fans a rare look into his inner world during the lockdown in 2020.
He was seen lounging about with his entire family on the farm via Instagram posts. From relaxing near a small waterfall to going on calming horse rides to exploring the property with All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Salman Khan’s pandemic-era Instagram was a treat for all those who follow him. Fans were not only privy to a more relaxed version of the star but also the beautiful property that is Arpita Farms.
