Palm Beach billionaire and real estate investor Jeff Greene is going to battle against the city of West Palm Beach over a condominium plan for Northwood that’s now in limbo.
Greene’s Oct. 6 lawsuit against the city says the West Palm Beach dragged its feet on a final site plan approval for his condos even though the twin-tower project at 2175 N. Flagler Drive was approved two years ago by a city planning board.
