Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s L.A. Condo Lists for $2.4 Million

Almost four months after Ozzy Osbourne passed away in his homeland of England at age 76, a Los Angeles condo owned by the beloved heavy-metal singer has popped up for sale, asking just under $2.4 million.

The legendary Black Sabbath frontman and his wife Sharon, a former talk show host, acquired the residence in spring 2022 for $2.25 million and began renting it out for as much as $10,500 a month in late 2023. The reality TV stars also owned an adjacent two-bedroom, three-bath condo they purchased in spring 2014; it was primarily occupied by their daughter, Kelly, before it sold last year for $4.35 million.

The north-facing unit lies on the 10th floor of West Hollywood’s celeb-studded Sierra Towers skyscraper, an exclusive Jack A. Charney-designed structure that has housed A-listers the likes of Cher, Sandra Bullock, Matthew Perry, Adam Sandler, and Courteney Cox.

Per the listing, held by Jonah Wilson, Josh Greer, and Rudy Serrato of Carolwood Estates, the space features one bedroom and one-and-a-half baths in roughly 1,200 square feet adorned throughout with glossy marble floors and recessed lighting. Floor-to-ceiling windows also provide picturesque views of the Hollywood Hills.

A large vestibule flows into an open-plan great room holding a combined living/dining area displaying a grand piano, a TV mounted on a blonde wood-paneled wall, and sliding glass doors spilling out to a 40-foot terrace. An adjacent galley kitchen is outfitted with sleek cabinetry, white quartz countertops, a breakfast peninsula that seats two, and Miele, Liebherr, and Wolf appliances, while the primary bedroom boasts a built-in workstation, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a bath equipped with dual vanities.

Topping it all off are plenty of building amenities courtesy of a $2,621-per-month HOA charge, including an attended lobby, valet parking, and 24-hour security and concierge, plus a pool and spa, a fitness center, and conference facilities.

In addition to the for-sale Sierra Towers condo, the family still owns a Hancock Park estate that property records indicate was bought from a trust linked to actor Matthew Perry in 2015 for $11.9 million; it was listed for $18 million in 2022, but has since been removed from the market. The couple relocated to Welders House, their longtime country estate in England, just weeks before the musician’s death in July.
