The Able Agent – the online property training service which recently launched in Scotland – has now expanded to Wales as well.

Welsh agents are now able to undertake the full set of Able Agent training, with a view to obtaining the accredited Level 3 Certificates in CePAP (Certificate in Property Advice and Practice), and CeLAP (Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice).

This launch now sees The Able Agent covering most of the United Kingdom, supporting agents in their bid to becoming stand out experts when it comes to understanding the requirements and regulations of estate agency, lettings and property management.

The training is now live and the formal qualification exams will go live this summer, after which time the training specialist will apply for Rent Smart Wales registration. The content is also available in the in-house white label training platform.

“The training, which typically takes around seven months to complete, sees exceptional pass rates. Agents are able to expand their skillsets, covering both estate agency and lettings.
