Conspiracy theories are swirling on social media, dissecting the true extent of Kylie Jenner’s riches — or, perhaps, the lack thereof.
And they all come as the entrepreneur has been trying to offload her Beverly Hills mansion since 2022.
A TikTok user with the handle @michelletok has unraveled the enigma surrounding Jenner’s ostensible opulence in a video that’s gone viral.
“I think that these celebrities are not as wealthy as we think they are — especially Kylie Jenner,” the user, Michelle, says in the clip.
“Not that Kylie Jenner is struggling or anything. I don’t think she is close to being homeless, but I think that she lives well beyond her means and that is why she has a new business venture every two to five days.”
Detailing Jenner’s property portfolio, Michelle mentioned Jenner’s multiple homes in Southern California worth a combined $80 million.
“Do you know how much it costs to upkeep $80 million in real estate?” she says.
“Not only is she paying the mortgage on each house, she is paying for the gardening and the landscaping. She is paying for the security systems in all three houses.”
“She also has her own private jet — $73 million,” Michelle adds.
“And that doesn’t even include the costs to staff the plane or store the plane.”
“She needs money to upkeep her lifestyle,” she adds in the video.
“Because she lives way beyond her means.”
“She is not passionate about any of this stuff, she is throwing sh-t at the wall and seeing what sticks,” Michelle says, referring to Jenner’s recent business endeavors, including her fragrance COSMIC, alcohol brand Sprinter and clothing line Khy.
At the same time, Jenner, 26, and her ex Travis Scott, 32, have been trying to sell their seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom Beverly Hills estate since 2022.
The home, which they purchased in 2018 for $13.45 million, first listed for $21.9 million.
But without any takers, they cut the price four months later to $20 million.
The residence was briefly taken off the market until it resurfaced a few weeks ago — to the new reduced price of $17.9 million.
In response, “Shark Tank” star and real estate tycoon Barbara Corcoran gave the former couple advice on pricing the home.
Speaking to TMZ, Corcoran says slashing the price from $21.9 million to less than $18 million isn’t enough, and they need to be real when it comes to their asking price.
“I am sure they will get nowhere near that amount. LA has not been the best market for luxury mansions with the new taxes there,” Corcoran told the outlet.
“You got to get realistic.”
It appears the former couple have largely paid off the home, so now they are just hoping to score a huge profit in return — but it seems unlikely.
Meanwhile, records show that as of 2020, Jenner still had a $13 million mortgage on her main 16,000-square-foot residence in Holmby Hills, for which she paid a whopping $36.5 million that same year.
The Post has reached out to Jenner’s reps for comment.

Annie Leibovitz has sold her sprawling Central Park West duplex for $10.625 million, which is $2 million over the asking price, according to city records.
The celebrity photographer bought the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath apartment in 2014 to be closer to her daughters’ school, according to a story in the New York Times from last October, when the property went on the market. It was listed with top Corcoran broker Deborah Kern, who said at the time that the co-op — located at 88 Central Park West in the prewar known as the Brentmore, where Sting, Paul Simon, and Lorne Michaels have all lived — was “priced to sell.” The closing price likely reflects a bidding war, but the sale was still a loss for the photographer: Leibovitz paid $11.3 million for the apartment. Still, she’s likely relieved to have it settled. “I live and work downtown,” she told the Times, “and our house upstate is now our family home.”
Located on the fifth floor, the apartment has Central Park views, which you can see slightly in this photo of the kitchen that was featured in the listing.

Kern declined to comment on the sale. Leibovitz renovated the apartment’s kitchen and several other spaces in 2014 but wisely left all the pretty prewar details intact. It has Central Park West views and, as you might expect for a photographer, great light.
Leibovitz is something of a local property maven. In addition to owning a 228-acre spread in Rhinebeck, she bought and sold several Manhattan properties, including a three-building complex in the West Village. Earlier this month, she also listed her West Village loft for $8.5 million.
The buyers of the Central Park West apartment are Gregg E. Zehr and Kim M. Cooper, according to records. Cooper appears to be a longtime general counsel at Apple. Zehr, who recently retired from Amazon as the head of its hardware-development division, is credited with creating the Kindle. If he still has any physical books left, Leibovitz built a personal library out of a corner of the massive living room.
This photo of the office that was used in the listing shows a workspace that Leibovitz built out for herself after buying the four-bedroom in 2014.

Rick and Kathy Hilton have listed their longtime Hamptons home for $15 million.

The glitz and glamour of Paris Hilton’s world are hitting the real estate market, and it comes with a hefty price tag.
Nestled in the exclusive enclave of Southampton, New York, a lavish estate that has been a sanctuary for the Hilton family is now up for grabs for $14.95 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Owned by Paris’s parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, this sprawling abode holds a special place in the family’s heart.
Rick, the scion of the Hilton Hotel empire founded by Conrad Hilton, and Kathy, a familiar face on reality TV’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” acquired the property in 1999 for $2.38 million.
Measuring a jaw-dropping 10,500 square feet with six bedrooms, this opulent residence, according to the Corcoran Group, promises the epitome of luxury living.
Memories of family gatherings and holidays have been woven into its fabric, including the fateful Thanksgiving in 2019 when Paris crossed paths with her now-husband, Carter Reum.
“The layout is perfect for comfortable living and entertaining, and we have countless happy memories there,” Rick Hilton told the Journal.
However, with the family’s relocation to Los Angeles in the 2000s, the Hamptons retreat has seen less of their presence, occasionally being offered for rent at a hefty six-figure price tag.
Situated on a sprawling 2.7-acre plot within a gated community, this 1990s-built residence boasts three woodburning fireplaces, high ceilings and timeless shingle-style architecture.
Updates in 2018 brought modernity to its kitchen, bathrooms and primary suite, the listing notes.
The grounds play host to a lagoon-style gunite swimming pool, an outdoor dining pavilion and numerous terraces for soaking in the sun.
Plus, the home offers deeded access to Fowlers Beach less than a mile away.
Jared Seligman of Corcoran holds the listing, but declined to comment on the listing.
The Southampton real estate market continues its upward trajectory, with median prices soaring to $1.61 million in the fourth quarter of 2023, according to Douglas Elliman.

It’s been a year-long saga for Jim Carrey and his attempts to part ways with his lavish California estate.
Despite slashing its asking price not once, but twice, the Hollywood star finds himself grappling with the challenge of unloading the luxurious property.
It began in February last year when Carrey first put the Los Angeles estate on the market for a staggering $29 million.
Fast forward two months, to that April, a modest $2.4 million reduction was applied — yet no potential buyers emerged from the woodwork.
By October 2023, facing the harsh reality of the market, Carrey dropped the price further to $23.95 million — but the mansion remains unsold.
“In California, the real estate market is experiencing a dry spell. These multi-million dollar properties, if initially priced too high, can linger on the market for an extended period,” a Los Angeles-based broker told The Post.
Carrey himself disclosed that his decision to sell stems from his evolving lifestyle.
“For three decades, it’s been a sanctuary for me, but I don’t spend a lot of time there now, and I want someone else to enjoy it like I have,” Carrey previously told The Post in a statement.
Carrey previously told the Wall Street Journal that this home was “a place of enchantment and inspiration” for him over “30 very creative and prosperous years.”
“Every night the owls sang me lullabies and every morning I sipped my cup of Joe with the hawks and hummingbirds, under a giant grandfather pine,” he said.
The actor’s announcement came amid murmurs of retirement. In an interview with Access Hollywood in 2022, Carrey hinted at the possibility of leaving acting altogether, citing a need for a break unless presented with a script of utmost significance.
The estate, constructed in 1951 and last sold in 1994 for a mere $3.8 million, boasts opulent features spread across its 2-acre expanse.
A modern ranch-style abode, it encompasses 12,700 square feet of living space, featuring a grand living room with high beamed ceilings and French doors leading outside.
The primary suite is a haven of luxury, complete with a tiled fireplace and a private balcony.
The residence also flaunts an Art Deco theater, a lighted tennis court, a waterfall pool and spa, gardens and a guesthouse, among other amenities.
Taylor Swift has parted ways with one of her private jets amid news that she’s demanding people stop tracking her flights.
The Federal Aviation Authority’s website confirmed the singer’s separation from her Dassault Falcon 900 on Jan. 30.
Previously listed under SATA LLC, a company sharing an address with Taylor Swift Productions in Nashville, the jet had been in Swift’s possession since 2009.
Now, it’s registered to a Missouri-based company incorporated in 2006, according to Business Insider.
While the terms of this deal remain undisclosed, a brand new Dassault 900 commands a staggering $44 million to sell.
This move leaves Swift with just one private jet. However, that doesn’t mean the star is otherwise lacking when it comes to her property overall. Across America, she owns a portfolio of homes worth upward of $80 million, including nearly a block of residences in Manhattan.
The Dassault 900, capable of accommodating up to 12 passengers, served Swift’s travel needs until its last recorded flight on Jan. 30. Meanwhile, her Dassault 7X, with a slightly larger cabin and capacity for 16 passengers, remains operational.
With her upcoming Tokyo concerts and the Super Bowl in Las Vegas to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, fans speculate on Swift’s travel arrangements.
It’s likely she’ll opt for chartering a private plane if she doesn’t use her 7X.
However, Swift’s penchant for private jets hasn’t gone unnoticed, drawing criticism for environmental concerns.
In 2022, she topped a list of celebrities with the highest private-jet carbon emissions — and last year, her jets logged more than 166 flight hours during her US tour.
Responding to these concerns, Swift’s spokesperson revealed the singer’s purchase of carbon credits to offset her jet usage. Yet, efforts to maintain privacy, such as enrolling in the FAA’s privacy program, haven’t shielded her from public scrutiny.
College student Jack Sweeney, known for tracking celebrity flights, garnered attention after sharing Swift’s flight data on social media. Swift’s legal team intervened, sending Sweeney a cease-and-desist letter, accusing him of “stalking and harassing behavior.”
Sweeney defended his actions, citing public information and transparency as his motivations.
“I think the people are interested,” Sweeney told the outlet. “You should have a decent expectation that your jet will be tracked whether or not I do it as, after all, it is public information.”
“Nowhere do I intend to harm,” he stated, acknowledging that he is a fan of some of Swift’s songs.

You know him as Stifler, but in real life Seann William Scott has beautiful taste in design.
Peter Baker for Sotheby’s International Realty
Seann William Scott — famous for his iconic roles as Steve Stifler in the “American Pie” series and Chester Greenburg in “Dude, Where’s My Car?” — has listed his Los Angeles home for $4.97 million, according to a release from the listing brokerage.
Bloomberg first reported news of the offering.
In listing this property for sale, the actor, who relocated from New York to LA in 2016, unveiled a hidden passion for architectural design.
Scott stumbled upon a 5,148-square-foot lot in Venice, purchasing it in 2017 for a reported $2.2 million. Initially aiming for a swift renovation and resale, he found himself captivated by the location, the property and the creative process.
“I was thinking in the beginning of renovating and then turning around and selling. I originally thought it would take a year,” Scott told Bloomberg.
However, what transpired was a seven-year journey.
The property consisted of a small bungalow and a larger, three-story glass and concrete building.
Scott aimed to blend the two structures, creating a harmonious living space. The bungalow underwent a drastic transformation, adopting a contemporary aesthetic that tied it cohesively with the modern rear building.
Living in one house while renovating the other, Scott planned every detail, turning the bungalow into a cozy 1,300-square-foot haven with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The open living/dining room, adorned with a skylight, opens onto a covered deck.
The larger, 3,300-square-foot building, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, underwent a similar facelift.
Scott, who married interior designer Olivia Scott during the renovation, collaborated with his wife to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
“We kept the footprint of the place, but it was basically a new building,” Scott said.
Original features, such as crossed steel beams, were preserved — and the couple worked around them to strike a balance between uniqueness and comfort.
The home boasts accordion glass doors on the ground floor, providing an indoor-outdoor feel. A double-height entertaining area, a second kitchen and carefully selected vintage furniture contribute to the property’s allure.
The kitchen, for its part, is now open, and features floating marble shelves and wood paneling.
Graham Larson of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.
Despite the intention to sell, Scott admits to being torn, saying, “This place is so cool, and I love Venice so much. Am I making a mistake selling it?”

In the wake of his 2022 transition from the Carolina Panthers to the San Francisco 49ers, NFL running back Christian McCaffrey is parting ways with his last remaining North Carolina property.
After successfully selling his Charlotte condo for $3 million in late 2023, McCaffrey is now putting his sprawling French château-inspired estate on the market, nestled along the scenic shores of nearby Lake Norman, with an asking price of $12.5 million.
Situated on approximately 9 acres, the gated property boasts two gyms and an impressive 500 feet of lake frontage, according to the listing.
McCaffrey, 27, expressed the difficulty of parting with the property in an email to the Wall Street Journal, which was the first to report on the listing, saying, “It was such a difficult decision to have to sell this house, but because I play in the Bay now, I am never there.”
The NFL star, who was drafted by the Panthers in 2017, added that the condo and the Lake Norman home were his sole North Carolina properties.
“It pains me letting them go, but that’s life I guess.”
Having vacated the Lake Norman residence, McCaffrey’s former abode is now staged for potential buyers.
McCaffrey’s connection with the Lake Norman estate dates back to 2020, when he bought it for $7.5 million, setting a sales record for the Charlotte metro area at the time.
Although this record was surpassed in 2023, McCaffrey’s sale could potentially reclaim its title if it fetches the asking price.
The estate includes a sprawling 12,000-square-foot, six-bedroom main home, complemented by a one-bedroom guesthouse connected via a porte-cochere.
The property, built in 2019, offers serene views of the lake.
Initially intended as a seasonal retreat, McCaffrey made the estate his fulltime residence due to his love of the surroundings.
He told The Journal, “The backyard was my favorite place. To go out in the morning and look over the lake with a warm coffee was the best way to wake up.”
Apart from the main home’s existing gym in the basement, McCaffrey converted a three-car garage under the guesthouse into a larger, second gym equipped for his rigorous training during the season.
Victoria Speer of The Agency Charlotte holds the listing.
The workout equipment can be negotiated as part of the home sale, according to Speer.
The property boasts additional luxuries such as a wood-paneled study, a stone wine cellar, a sauna, an elevator and a bar room opening to the pool area.
Notable features include a two-story closet and a screened-in terrace in the primary suite, a 60-foot turreted ceiling in the foyer, a double-sided fireplace in the great room and a custom-made La Cornue Château series range in the kitchen.
A hidden panic room with a vault door adds an extra layer of security.
McCaffrey fondly recalls the estate’s movie theater as one of his favorite amenities, saying, “Movie nights were always some of the best nights at the house.”
The extensive grounds feature a saltwater pool with a spa, a fire pit, a grill area and a second-floor outdoor kitchen.
A paved pathway leads to a dock on the lake, where McCaffrey’s boat, named Olivia after his fiancée, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, is docked.
The boat, along with a Wildcat four-wheeler, a jet ski and a golf cart, will be included in the sale price, as confirmed by Speer.
Reflecting on his cherished memories, McCaffrey told the outlet, “Being able to come home after a day out on the water to the smell of the grill, music playing, and family and friends hanging out, swimming, roasting s’mores, and playing lawn games will be some of my best memories forever.”
Hailing from Colorado, McCaffrey played for Stanford University before joining the Panthers, and recently scored two touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers, securing San Francisco’s spot in the upcoming NFC Championship Game against the Detroit Lions.
If successful, McCaffrey could be on the verge of clinching his first Super Bowl title with the 49ers.

Despite several price cuts and years on the market, Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn is having trouble selling his Beverly Hills and New York City properties.
Sotheby’s International Realty / REUTERS
Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn is having a tough time selling his multimillion-dollar homes across the United States.
Wynn’s New York City pied-à-terre, a lavish Central Park South penthouse spanning nearly 11,000 square feet, for instance, has hit a stumbling block.
Despite a price slash from an initial $90 million to $65 million last year, the casino czar has withdrawn the property from the market.
Notably, this final price was $5 million less than what Wynn paid for the opulent duplex in 2012.
The residence, located on the 30th and 31st floors of the Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, boasts three bedrooms, and stunning views of the park and the Manhattan skyline.
Originally aimed to fetch $90 million in 2022, the sale at that price would have set a record as the most expensive ever seen in the building.
The duplex includes a dining room opening to a 28-foot-long terrace, a media room, a library and a wet bar.
Past residents of the building include billionaires Larry Ellison and Sidney Kimmel.
Wynn’s struggles most recently extend to the West Coast, where his expansive Beverly Hills estate faces challenges in the luxury property market.
The 11-bedroom, 16-bathroom mansion at 1210 Benedict Canyon Drive has been on and off the market for a few years.
As of Jan. 17, its price dropped by about 12%, currently listed for $75 million.
Last year, it asked $85 million, significantly down from its initial off-market asking price of $135 million in 2020.
This follows a tough year for LA’s luxury home market, where sellers have been advised to reduce prices.
Wynn’s Beverly Hills estate, situated on 2.7 acres, offers amenities such as a championship tennis court and a resort-style gym.
Despite the hurdles in offloading his New York City and Beverly Hills residences, Wynn successfully sold his Las Vegas mansion for $17.5 million in 2022.

Rufus Wainwright took to Instagram to announce he’s seeking to sell his California home for $2.2 million.
Dag Eliason and Alexandre Anu of The Agency Beverly Hills
Rufus Wainwright — the acclaimed Canadian singer, songwriter and composer — is parting ways with his enchanting Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles residence.
Known for his soul-stirring rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” Wainwright and his husband, Jörn Weisbrodt, an art director, have decided to list their stunning abode for $2.2 million — announcing the news on Instagram, no less.
“The time has come… Jorn and I are listing our gorgeous Laurel Canyon home. We have lived in this house since 2016,” shared Wainwright, 50, expressing the sentimental attachment to their home.
“I wrote ‘Unfollow The Rules’ here, including one of my favorite pieces, ‘Peaceful Afternoon.’ We have had many of those here, and I hope that the next tenants enjoy it as much as we did.”
Wainwright and Weisbrodt purchased the property for $1.45 million, records show.
The listing itself paints a vivid picture of the property.
Built in 1926, this storybook home is described as a romantic love affair with life, embodying the charm of the era.
Enriched with history, the residence boasts classical elements such as wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, a fireplace and a fabulous octagon-shaped library.
The lush greenery with yards and outdoor dining areas, complete with balconies on every level, add to the allure.
Occupying more than 2,100 square feet, the property holds three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
“The family kitchen, made to inspire your culinary efforts, connects to a formal dining room with an ambiance to entertain, fulfilling every expectation of a perfect night at home with friends. Cross the lovers bridge, and you know you’ve found your place to come home to,” says the listing, emphasizing the home’s welcoming atmosphere.
Dag Eliason and Alexandre Anu hold the listing with The Agency.
Despite bidding farewell to their Laurel Canyon abode, Wainwright reassures that he, along with his family, will remain in Los Angeles.
“We love living in this city and exploring a new area,” Wainwright said.
Wainwright’s musical achievements are noteworthy, with 11 studio albums, contributions to compilations and film soundtracks, and the creation of two classical operas.
Additionally, he set Shakespeare’s sonnets to music for a theater piece by Robert Wilson.
His talent has garnered Grammy nominations, including for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2009 and 2020.

Alec Baldwin participated in a real estate video to entice potential buyers looking to snag his $19 million Hamptons property.
The “30 Rock” actor chatted about his roots in the popular New York City getaway destination while walking on the beach and giving a brief outdoors tour of his home up for sale.
“Hey, I’m Alec Baldwin,” he said in a video posted by Saunders & Associates on Monday.
Baldwin explained that he bounced around from several different properties since 1982. He added that he has fond memories from when he was “younger” and would “sleep all morning and lay on the beach” all day.
“This place is the best,” he whispered to the camera.
Prior to purchasing his most current property, Baldwin said he bought his “first house” in the area on Montauk Highway and lived there for “about seven or eight years.”
The camera then panned to the Emmy winner, 65, standing outside of his $19 million estate in Amagansett, NY.
“I bought this house back in 1995,” he began while standing outside of the massive home. “I put this addition on the eastern side of the property in 1996, and my wife, Hilaria, and I built this addition on the western side of the property in 2014.”

The video included several aerial shots of the white modern farmhouse and the luscious green lawns surrounding it.
“I fell in love with this place the moment I came here,” he continued, reiterating that he’s “always loved it here.”
Baldwin wrapped up the video by gushing about how he’s “happiest” when he stays at the property, especially in the “peaceful” and “beautiful” wintertime.
The 10,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms, a wine tasting room, wooden library, sunroom, large dining room and movie theater, among other amenities, according to the listing.
The estate also has plenty of outdoor spaces, including a large pool, hot tub, screened-in porch, covered pavilion, vegetable garden and balconies adjoined to a few of the bedrooms.
The “Departed” actor has been working on selling the property since September 2022 when he listed it for $10 million more, totalling a whopping $29 million at the time.
The estate stayed on the market for a little over a year until they temporarily took it down in November 2023.
Baldwin first listed the property after he and his wife purchased a $1.75 million farm in Vermont in February 2022, according to real estate records obtained by The Post at the time.
While the couple also said goodbye to their upstate New York home in 2022, they still own their $16 million luxury apartment in Manhattan.
