Almost four months after they decided to pass their property in at last year’s nail-biting auction, The Block’s Leah and Ash Milton have finally sold their house.
Yahoo Lifestyle can reveal that the Queensland couple have sold House 2 for $3.125 million, giving them a tidy profit of $155,000.
This figure officially puts Leah and Ash in third place above Kyle and Leslie Cottone who received $130,000 in profit and Kristy and Brett Beames who walked away with $65,000 in profit.
Meanwhile, Steph and Gian Ottavio and Eliza and Liberty Paschke became millionaires from the show, making $1.65 million and $1.05 million in profit, respectively.
Leah and Ash also received a Ford Mustang on the show after winning the final room reveal week which was valued at $80,000, bringing the total value of their winnings to $235,000.

Speaking exclusively to Yahoo Lifestyle, Leah says she and Ash are ending their Block chapter feeling “very grateful and proud”.
“It was always our aim to create a really special and unique home for a buyer who would truly appreciate it,” she shares. “There’s no sweeter feeling than pouring your blood sweat and tears into something and having someone fall in love with the end product.”
Who purchased Leah and Ash’s house?
Leah reveals that unlike the other properties sold on the show last year, House 2 was purchased by a family.
“It will be the first house in this series to have a buyer live in the house and the only family purchasing. It’s like back to the good old days!” she tells Yahoo Lifestyle.
“The buyers love the style and have mentioned they wouldn’t change a thing,”
Leah and Ash have achieved a much better post-show result than 2022 couple Dylan and Jenny, who also chose to pass their property in at their auction.
The pair, who recently announced they’re expecting their first child together, finally managed to sell their five-bedroom Gisbourne property in February last year.
It was then revealed in May that their home sold for $3.9 million, which was $180,000 below their original reserve price and $175,000 less than the highest bid they received at the action.

It was supposed to be one of the hottest property’s on The Block.
But Leah and Ash’s sprawling pad remains unsold after it was passed in during the show’s season finale in November for $2.9million.
Now after dropping the asking price from $3.2million to $3.125million, Realestate.com reports that listings for the lavish pad no longer mention The Block or the couple’s name.
Despite reports of multiple offers for the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Modern Art Deco home ahead of Christmas, the house has remained on the market.
In a strategic shift, Noel Susay, the agent from Buxton Hampton East handling the sale, confirmed to Domain a more ‘traditional campaign’.
This move comes after the post-auction period failed to secure a buyer, leading to a series of open inspections over the past weeks.
The agent also noted the challenges posed by the timing of the sale, with the year-end festive period typically seeing a slowdown in real estate transactions.
However, he remains optimistic about the shift to a traditional private sale campaign, hoping it will attract serious buyers.
Leah and Ash’s House 2 stirred up much excitement among potential bidders ahead of The Block’s auction in November.
The Block buyer’s agents predicted big things for the couple after the luxury home was listed with a price guide of $2.7million – $2.9million.
Designed as an updated version of the classic Art Deco-style, the spectacular dwelling features a spacious open plan, and expansive living areas.
Features also include a dramatic split-level dining/living room, an ultra-modern kitchen and al fresco entertainment area.
It comes after Yahoo Lifestyle reported in December that interest in the lavish retro home has ‘hit an all time low.’
A source told the publication that the longer the house sits on the market, ‘the further away an ending is in sight.’
The insider even speculated that it’s possible that the houses for the upcoming season of The Block will go under the hammer before Leah and Ash can get a buyer.
